Shooting and Processing High Dynamic Range Photographs(HDR)- آموزش عکاسی با وضوح بالا (اچ دی آر) و پردازش آن ها
حالت HDR (تصویربرداری دامنه دینامیک بالا) بر افزایش نور و محدوده رنگ تصویر در شرایط نرمال تاکید دارد. در واقع HDR، شیوه‌ای نو در عکاسی است که برای طبیعی‌تر کردن سوژه عکاسی و نزدیک‌تر کردن عکس به آن چیزی که چشم انسان می بیند، ابداع شده است. هدف این تکنیک، نمایش دقیق دامنه شدت‌ های نور موجود در صحنه‌ های طبیعی است. عکس‌های اچ‌دی‌آر با ترکیب چند عکس به وجود می‌آیند؛ برای هر عکس اچ‌دی‌آر، باید چند عکس با کادر کاملاً یکسان تهیه کرد (معمولا ۳ یا ۵ عکس) و هر عکس باید با نوردهی خاصی گرفته‌شده باشد؛ به این ترتیب که یک عکس با نوردهی معمولی و بقیه عکس‌ها با نوردهی دو پله کمتر و بیشتر. سپس عکاس می‌تواند با کمک نرم‌افزارهای‌ ویژه‌ای، با ترکیب چند عکس با نوردهی‌های متفاوت، در نهایت به یک عکس با دامن بالایی از نوردهی دست پیدا کند که محدودیت‌های نوری عکس‌های قبلی را نداشته و در واقع، ویژگی‌های نوری تمام آن‌ها را در خود جمع کرده باشد.

In this course, photographer Ben Long describes the concepts and techniques behind high dynamic range (HDR) photography, a technique used to create images that have a wider range between the lightest and darkest areas of a scene than a digital camera can typically capture. The course begins with some background on dynamic range, on how camera sensors detect shadows, and on the kinds of subjects that benefit from HDR.

Ben then describes and demonstrates several methods of generating HDR images, starting with single-shot HDR, which relies on masking to subtly enhance the dynamic range of a shot. Next, the course covers multi-exposure HDR, which involves shooting several photos of a scene, each at a different exposure, and then combining them using software tools. Ben demonstrates how to use Photoshop and the popular Photomatix software to process HDR images whose appearance ranges from subtle to surreal.
